Parliamentary Procedure Unit

| /

This 12 day unit from the Introduction to AFNR Course focuses on introducing students to parliamentary procedure. Students will learn how to properly participate in discussion and will learn commonly used motions involved in parliamentary procedure. Students will also participate in practice meetings to demonstrate their knowledge of parliamentary procedure and will review key concepts through engaging review games, activities and a digital escape room.

Lessons contain all of the resources necessary to successfully deliver the curriculum. Through detailed Instructor Guides, teachers will feel comfortable, no matter their experience, in teaching this unit. Instructor Guides include material lists, time breakdown for the lesson, national standards, instructor pre-work, and an explanation of each component of the lesson, including reflection and conclusion questions/answers.
